Eight Gates Drill- part 2

Pull Down, Split, Elbow, Shoulder

1. Begin
2. Pull Down- step back Right foot on diagonal and use pull down energy.
3. Split- half step Left foot, step Right foot on the diagonal and split energy ( Like Close Hands, opposing energy)
4. Elbow Strike
    step Left foot on diagonal and use elbow energy
5. Shoulder Strike- step Right foot on diagonal and use shoulder energy
  1. Repeat on the left side
  2.    Step back Left foot and use pull down energy...continue. Try using fa-jing energy at the end of each movement.
