Lift the Crown.

 

Forward: Mind/Spirit/Intent, eyes, hands, elbows, body

 

Backward: Mind/Spirit/intent, eyes, body, elbows, hands

 

Open from the inside. Soften the chest.

 

Yin gives energy to Yang. Pull back first to co forward. Push down first to go upward. Push backward and downward into the ground with the back foot to go forward. Push forward and downward into the ground with the front foot to go back.

 

Yin and Yang are equal in intent. Yin is not less than Yang.

Both hands have equal energy.

 

Both feet have equal energy.

 

Move from the INSIDE of the hip and shoulder joints.

 

Fill up to go out. Soften to come in. Open with filling energy and close with softening, compressing energy

 

Shoulders and Hips match. Elbows and Knees match. Hands and feet match.

 

Fill up all the way to the finger tips.

 

Knee picks up the foot. Toes turn the foot.

 

Sit into both feet equally. Settle. Settling takes time. Open the Kwa from the inside.

 

Sink, step, go forward half way and settle more, push down and backward with the back foot, drop the buttox, straighten the back and then issue from the hand.

 

Front foot points in the direction you are going. Back foot points 46-89 degrees from the direction of the front foot.

 

Step forward in a channel (2”- 4” between feet). Step backward with the feet in alignment. All half steps are at the instep of the back foot.
